Shipping Policy

We deliver to all areas of Jordan, with rates and delivery timelines as follows:

Delivery Regions & Rates

FREE for orders 100JDs +, otherwise;

• Amman: 2 JOD

• Outskirts of Amman (including Al Hummar, Om Al Amad, Fuheis, Ein Al-Basha, and Al-Muwaqqar): 3 JOD

• Rest of Jordan: 3 JOD

International Orders (Outside Jordan)
We currently ship within Jordan only. If you are outside Jordan, you can still shop with us using Aramex Shop & Ship, which gives you a global delivery address for easy delivery. Please note this service is provided by Aramex, and its shipping and handling fees are the customer's own cost.

 Delivery Timeframes

• Same-day delivery is available for selected items in Amman, where indicated on the product page. *Submitted daily before 1:00 PM

• For all other orders, delivery is within 48 hours, excluding Fridays.
