Better Body Foods - Organic Coconut Sugar | 680g

Organic coconut sugar from Better Body Foods — made by drying the nectar of coconut flowers until it crystallises. Soft brown crystals with a mild caramel note, and it measures cup for cup like white sugar.

Key features

• Certified organic coconut sugar
• 1:1 replacement for white or brown sugar
• Unrefined, with a natural caramel flavour
• Naturally gluten free and vegan
• 680g resealable pouch

How to use

Swap measure for measure in baking, or stir into coffee, tea, porridge and smoothies. It bakes a little darker than white sugar, which suits cookies, banana bread and crumble toppings.

Size: 680g (24oz)

Ingredients: Organic coconut sugar.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place and reseal after use. If it clumps, break it up with a fork — that is normal for unrefined sugar.
