What you'll need:
- 1 package Bob's Red Mill® Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- 1 large egg
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, very soft
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Whisk together egg and water. Add butter and stir until well blended. Add cookie mix and stir until fully incorporated.
Scoop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 10-13 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then move to wire rack to cool completely.
Makes 24 cookies.
