Garofalo - Organic Casarecce 500g

Casarecce are short, rolled and twisted pieces from southern Italy — the curled groove down the middle traps sauce beautifully. This is Garofalo's organic version, made in Gragnano, the pasta town near Naples.

How to use

Cook in plenty of well-salted boiling water for the time on the pack, then finish in the pan with your sauce for a minute so it clings. Classic with pesto alla Genovese, sausage ragù, or simply tomato and basil.
