Radiatori are small ruffled pieces shaped like little radiators — all those fins and folds grab hold of sauce, which makes them one of the best shapes for anything creamy or pesto-based. Made by Garofalo in Gragnano from durum wheat semolina.

How to use

Cook in plenty of well-salted boiling water for the time on the pack, then toss in the pan with your sauce. Excellent with pesto, cheese sauces and baked pasta, and it holds up well cold in pasta salads.
