Developed in collaboration with lactation consultants, the Lansinoh Hot & Cold Breast Therapy Packs provide targeted relief for common breastfeeding discomforts. Reusable and flexible, they can be used hot or cold to support your breastfeeding journey with comfort and ease.
Use cold therapy to help relieve engorgement, swelling, and pain, or hot therapy to encourage let-down, relieve blocked ducts, and reduce mastitis symptoms. Each pack comes with a soft, washable cover for gentle contact with the skin.

Lansinoh’s Hot & Cold Breast Therapy Packs offer versatile relief to support your breastfeeding experience. Whether you're soothing pain or stimulating milk flow, this dual-use therapy solution brings comfort exactly when and where you need it.
Material:
Made from non-toxic gel beads, BPA- and BPS-free. Includes soft fabric sleeves for safe skin contact.
• Cold Therapy - Use as an ice pack to help relieve engorgement, plugged ducts, and mastitis
• Hot Therapy - Use as a heating pad to encourage milk let-down during pumping
• Breast Pump Aid - Use hot to encourage milk let-down and reduce time spent pumping
• Soft and flexible, so they conform to your breast for comfortable, 360° relief
Cool or heat as directed in the instructions, which can be found on the pack and inside the box.
Do not use for longer than 20 minutes in a single session.
For use without a pump, place in the soft cover and place on your breast. Your nipple should be located at the center of the pack.
For use with a pump, place in soft cover and place around the breast pump's flange. The pack stays around the flange during pumping.
