How to Use:

1. Preparation: Ensure that you are calm and rested for at least 5 minutes before measuring your blood pressure. Sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor and back supported. Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, about 2 cm above your elbow, making sure it is snug but not too tight. The Intelli Wrap Cuff helps with proper positioning, so ensure the mark on the cuff is aligned with the center of your arm.
2. Turning on the Device: Press the ON/OFF button to start the monitor. The device will automatically begin to inflate the cuff.
3. Measuring Your Blood Pressure: Remain still and do not talk while the monitor inflates the cuff and takes your reading. The device will display your systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate on the large LCD screen once the measurement is complete. If the AFIB symbol appears, it indicates that the device has detected atrial fibrillation. You may want to consult your healthcare provider if this occurs.
4. Viewing Results: The Omron M7 Intelli IT automatically stores the readings for two users, and you can view the last readings by pressing the MEMORY button. For more detailed tracking, use Bluetooth to sync the monitor with the Omron Connect App on your smartphone. This will allow you to store, review, and share your data.
5. Interpreting the Results: The device will display a Hypertension Indicator if your readings are higher than normal. If you take multiple readings within a 10-minute period, the device will calculate the average of your last three readings to give you a more accurate result.
6. Storing Data: The monitor can store up to 100 readings per user. It can automatically distinguish between two users, so make sure the correct user profile is selected before taking the reading.
7. Turning Off the Device: Press the ON/OFF button again to turn off the monitor. It will also shut off automatically after a short period of inactivity.
