How to use

1. Spray a little of the solution onto your hand first to check the temperature and get used to the pressure.
2. Lay your baby down and gently turn the head to one side (never backwards).
3. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press once firmly for 1–2 seconds. Let the solution act for a few seconds.
4. Repeat in the other nostril, then wipe the nose dry.
5. Rinse the tip with hot water after each use.
