Directions:
Hair: Apply the oil on entire hair including roots. For more absorption, massage
your scalp and leave the oil for a minimum of 1 hour. Wash your hair with your
regular shampoo and conditioner.

Skin: Apply a small amount on your skin perferably at bedtime, while massaging in
circular motion - for best results, leave on overnight.
Nails: Apply a small amount around your cuticles and leave on for moisture
absorption.
