Garofalo - Gluten Free Corn Brown Rice Quinoa Casarecce 400g

Garofalo's gluten free casarecce, made from a blend of corn, brown rice and quinoa flour. The short rolled shape traps sauce in its groove, and unlike many gluten free pastas it keeps a proper bite instead of going soft.

How to use

Cook in plenty of well-salted boiling water, stirring at the start so the pieces separate, then follow the time on the pack and drain straight away. Taste it a minute early — gluten free pasta turns soft quickly. Finish in the pan with your sauce.
