Garofalo - Organic Radiatori 500g

Radiatori are little ruffled, radiator-shaped pieces — all those ridges and folds catch sauce better than almost any other shape. This is Garofalo's organic version, made in Gragnano from organic durum wheat semolina.

How to use

Cook in plenty of well-salted boiling water for the time on the pack, then finish in the pan with your sauce. Brilliant with pesto, creamy sauces and baked pasta, and it holds up well in pasta salads.
