Spaghettini No. 4 is Garofalo's thinner spaghetti — a little finer than the classic No. 9, so it cooks faster and suits lighter sauces. Made in Gragnano, the pasta town near Naples, from durum wheat semolina.

How to use

Cook in plenty of well-salted boiling water for the time on the pack and drain straight away — thinner strands overcook quickly. Best with olive oil, garlic and chilli, seafood, or a simple fresh tomato sauce.
